Plymouth Congregational Church Creates Innovative Continuing Education Program for Clergy

Plymouth Congregational Church is hosting clergy from around the nation for a series of Round Table Connections in an innovative effort to bring together senior ministers and the world’s top theologians and Biblical scholars.  This educational initiative is supported in part by a grant of $200,000 from the New York-based Henry Luce Foundation, Inc.  In addition to the Luce Foundation grant, several South Florida foundations have made commitments to co-sponsor the program along with a major commitment of funds by Plymouth Church.  This brings the total to over $500,000 to underwrite the costs of this educational venture.
